Our goal is to walk alongside people as they rebuild hope, stability, and a healthier future.
Harm reduction focuses on keeping people safe by reducing the risks associated with substance use. It includes providing tools like Narcan, clean supplies, and life-saving education without judgment. Our goal is to protect health, preserve dignity, keep individuals connected to hope and support, and jsut love on them.
Sustainable resources provide ongoing, dependable support for individuals and families facing food insecurity or basic needs. Through our community assistance program and food pantry, we offer nutritious groceries and essential items with dignity and compassion. Our goal is to ensure that no one in Claiborne County goes without the support they need to thrive.
